Office Policy
Health Through Hands provides professional massage therapy, and reserves the right to deny treatment at our discretion. Children under the age
of twelve, that are not receiving treatment, are not allowed to wait in the reception area unsupervised.
Appointments may be confirmed, and no charge
will be made for cancellation, if a 24-hour notice is given. Payment is due at the time of treatment, and a twenty-five dollar fee will be charged for all returned checks. Health Through Hands is not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates, which are transferable, but non-refundable.
